Our Story
Our history in the cafe industry spans 20 years. During this we learnt a lot about what the customer wants and what we want to offer.
We have used several different company’s coffee beans and never completely been happy with what they provide.
This lead us to forming a new company and after a lot of testing creating a smooth tasty fair trade organic blend to be proud of.
Project Coffee has evolved striving as a process of refinement launching in Nov 2018 as an environmentally friendly, ethical and sustainably coffee Roastery.

Project Coffee’s delicious blend was created with two vital ideas in mind: taste, and fair trade sustainability.
Our roast is full flavoured clean and balanced, cocoa, red apple with a pleasant chocolate aftertaste. Being bespoke we can also develop a roasted coffee blend to suit your individual flavour profile !
