Our history in the cafe industry spans 20 years. During this we learnt a lot about what the customer wants and what we want to offer.
After sampling multiple blends from many different companies, often with 3 grinders next to the coffee machine - we decided not to settle for almost and to start roasting our own unique blend.
We purchased a commercial drum roaster and fluid air roaster and started learning the pros and cons of both and with much trial and error discovered the flavour profile and business ethics we were looking for.
This lead us to forming a new company and after a lot of testing creating a smooth tasty fair trade organic blend to be proud of.
Project Coffee has evolved striving as a process of refinement launching in Nov 2018 as an environmentally friendly, ethical and sustainably coffee Roastery.
